This is a book I like like swimming in warm water.

I recommended it to someone once. She read it and said it was garbage.

I bought this last year on holiday not realizing it was the sequel to another book I love.

Two things:

• there is a character that has the exact same first and last name as a relative of mine;
• the word resplendent occurs.

And no, I didn’t realize it acronyms to THUG until they pointed it out in the book.

I don’t think he’s that great.

Yes I have the tv show tie-in edition. It was cheaper.

The paper in my copy was weirdly smooth. It added to the upsettingness of the whole experience.

Did it drive anyone else crazee that the main character lives in Ohio and calls her GPS a sat-nav like she lives in the UK?

Maybe I shouldn’t count this one, as I’ve been reading it on-and-off since January, but I finished it today with a hundred page push.

How is it fair that other people are better writers than me?

Silly people who think they are serious behaving quite sillily.

So, not on the list I made, but I read (out loud) The Bad Beginning and maybe I can get to twenty books by September 1st if I just read middle-grade books I enjoy again and again and again and again.
